Somedia is not in limbo, things are happening
I have been investing in Somedia since this summer. I don't expect to see this stock stay cheap for long. What I hear is the CEO is working night and day to make this company a success. Should be a whole nother ball game in a couple of months. If you are one of those investors that feels better in investing in a 50 cent stock, then save your duckets and buy up the stock in a month or two. you will still make money at 50 cents - IMHO.

As he stated Euro Pac dragged out the financing. This has nothing to do with the validity of the company, they wanted an institutional financing to get analyst coverage which in the long run will pay off. Currently short term pain for long term gain. Patience will pay off.

Tons of positive things are happening with this company, the Yellow Page news was an amazing milestone. Management is doing a great job and have continually been adding value day in day out. Revenue coming in, George is getting on the road once again. The future is bright, patience everyone Rome wasn't built in a day.

I beg to differ Moneymagnet14. If the dollars were flowing into Somedia from actual business AND the business model was as wonderful as so many on this board state, the pp would have easily been over subscribed. For all the need for video advertising the reality is VID seems to be having a difficult time getting off the ground.

Thing is home001, other than the banker at SoMedia, noone (not the sales people, not the institutions that were met during 1x1 meetings) would know what the upcoming financials and internal forecasts are looking like. No inside information is alloweed to be shared during these meetings. Thus, the institutions wouldn't know more than us...

Valid points Home001. However, I'm not aware of any 15m market cap companies on the venture getting $850k institutional financing these days. Sure bigger cap companies but don't know too many with a 15m market cap. Anyways, the 850k will go along way to build the sales team this year and I don't mind the smaller dilution at this point.
