Volume going down today???

Did any of you seen that happening on their broker's platform? Volume was 16k for the first hour or so, then it went down to 13k and now sitting at 8k? Probably a system glitch or something, but it's the first time I see that. I use TD. Anyone else have seen weird things on volume today?

I noticed this as well on a different trading platform.. Not sure why?

Anyone notice that even Oiljack platform went down in the North Sea last week? Major platform problem?
