VIDWRX is moving through an integration process with Facebook. I would expect news on this in Q1. Simply put, if it works it will be an investment homerun. They are running technical tests as present. It will follow a similar program as the Google Partners development program. Unlike that program, however, Facebook would have an immediate launch process ready and they would be prepared to move on

In the last couple days I have been hearing alot of talk about facebook and live streaming ads being their next venture. Is this something in which VID would have involvement with?

Look at what the RPM program and the sales team are doing with just a second quarter under their belt and only six months on the job (Kirk and Derek). I actually believe sales will come in at over $900k for the fourth quarter and revenue will come in over $200k and maybe even as high as $230k+. I agree.   The above should have ready that they will be break even by the end of the second quarter.  The convertible will have no attached warrants.

I don't get how the math works that they will be profitable within 6 months. They need to 3-4x revenue in that timeframe to accomplish that. I don't care how good their revenue management system is, that is really hard to do when the trend line doesn't reflect any major shift in trajectory. Slight increases yes, but not going from $60k to $200k+ revenue in a matter of months. Still

Oli - Are you being fed this info from VID IR? Look at the headline here: Facebook to go after TV ad dollars. Facebook is trying to get advertisers like Coke and Pepsi. Unfortunately those aren't the types of video that VID produces for the most part. Google Partners makes a lot more sense since they sell to small businesses. I guess we'll see how this all plays out. At this point I
