Can a company like VidWrx be interesting for Facebook?

I was reading the news below about Facebook at Work available soon and since the majority of small or micro companies use Facebook to promote themselves, I am wondering how interesting it could be for Facebook to buy out VID and integrate it to its premium members offer. It would be a cheap acquisition with current market cap, I have no clue what kind of premium on current SP we could expect. But I like to think a big player like FB could see some benefits in owning VID. I know I'm dreaming, but we never know!?

Facebook Inc. (FB-Q) is launching a professional version of its social network in the coming months after spending a year in tests, a company executive said. Facebook at Work, which is geared towards workplace collaboration, has been kept as a free, “invite-only” service for companies so far. The service will be open to all companies once launched and Facebook plans to charge “a few dollars per month per user” for premium services such as analytics and customer support, a company spokeswoman said.

I think you are dreaming. Facebook is making big acquisitions and not buying penny stocks on the Canadian venture exchange. But if you can start a rumour that gets the stock price moving I'll support you!
