Feel sorry for employees who supposedly weren't paid. Sucks for shareholders who lost. But if I were an employee and I was asked to work for free, isn't the question - "why am I still here"?
For shareholders, my friend told me how shitty the books were that's why I come back once and a while. Maybe that good 'ol Google deal will go through ;) Books have always been public and bad for years. In my personal opinion a 10 to 1 loss ratio quarter after quarter is not a good investment. If you don't know how to interpret this, then you should not be a trader. Tons and tons of companies go out of business quickly on the venture/tsx exchange folks. Why it's called the 'venture'!
