One of the biggest things that pisses me off is not knowing about employees not being paid. I thought things needed to be disclosed in a public company right away? Now I am searching and asking anyone for the date of the first time employees were not paid. This will give me something to bring to attention. If this was occurring and was not brought to attention or disclosed immediately...then it did not give shareholders a fair chance in dealing with their shares accordingly. I personally would not have made the moves I did knowing employees were not getting paid as I know the result would be everyone leaving.
So now I need the help of ex-employees on earliest dates of non payment. Does anyone else think we have grounds to go after this Pr/fk. I will contribute even money with others interested in contacting legal advice. I believe GF made some crucial mistakes that should not be hard to find as he is not a very smart guy at all. Thanks again for any info

I would also like to add that laws are stricter on these scammers just in the past years as it's becoming more common. Let's go for it and make history people.
