My TFSA on TD Waterhouse where my VID.H shares are shows a mkt value of $2.26 I wonder if someone bought the shell? It's a CDN TFSA account but it is showing US $.02 with bid/ask both at 0.00 Would be nice to see some activity finally. Message me if you see the same or similar with your brokerage acct. If I figure out how to copy and paste on my phone will send you a snapshot

I noticed this the other day as well marvelmaker. I have a value of $9.25 USD in my brokerage account. Not sure what it means. Hopefully someone bought the shell.

if 740,000 shares makes me a bag holder, then Im guilty (insert face palm). very sad what happened with this company. I personally do not have any experience with this type of scenario, can anyone provide any insight as to why this would be happening now? I too am with TD, but I am currently out of the country. When I return i will call TD and see if they can explain. If anyone else calls looking

Someone on this board in past has posted that VID.H is a shell company and is up fro grabs as takeover. Myself I see two separate scenarios - someone buys it for its concept and restructures the business into a better business model using existing assets. Someone buys the shell in order to promote their business model and fast track their public trading of shares possibly under a new share

Called my broker at TD, because I saw a note on my TFSA online account. TD are offering me to donate my shares free to get them out of my TFSA account. It is rare but someone can still buy the shell. If I want to keep my shares, the TD rep said I would have to hire a lawyer to value my shares and I could replace with cash and move the shares out of my TFSA account. I would still retain ownership

Disclosure - I own about 180,000 shares of VID, from what I have seen on this board, a relatively low amount but around $5 K to me. Best wishes for the holidays. I am not allowed tax loss selling because it is a TFSA account. Merry Christmas TD :(

I'm in the same situation as you (TD, TFSA). Not willing to donate. Will wait till official death of Vidwrx.

Still believe there is hope. Even if the shell is bought and the shares consolidated, at least we have a new start with a new concept company. Maybe even a crypto style blockchain venture, lol! Seem to be all the rage these days. GLTA! Rob

Totally agree with your post! Will not donate my shares to those Brokers! Even if it takes years i dont care!

As of this morning my TD account reflects the same $0.02 value but no bid/ask.
