News...

Vid is no longer listed on the Nex as of tomorrow! Now we could say we will be a shell company as of Monday Dec the 17th 2018. Now hopefully someone pick up our shares, and start a new company!

I am not sure how these shell transactions work, but at a $.01 per share VID could be bought at less than a $1.5 million dollars. I am assuming they have more than 105 million shares outstanding. How much do they owe, is perhaps dependant on which company's they owe money to have wrote off the debt. I bought my shares at around $.02, with a rights offering to raise more money I might consider. ...more
