update from Stag Industrial Not an update from any of the industrial REITs in Canada but STAG Industrial did give out an update today.
Not sure how it would look in Canada but this gives an idea so far in US for one of the Industrial REITs. As I have always maintained only the companies who are not well capitalized will ask mainly for deferral. These companies do invest in the space themselves and are there for the lease period and beyond and will try their best to work with the landlord for a mutually acceptable solution.
