RE:Tough Decision

RE:Tough DecisionDid you end up selling ?

Sold mine today (6000+ shares) at 22.71

The $2 - $2.10 in oridinary income (interest) was a dealbreaker being taxed at 52% inside the corporate account.

Made money with the first iteration - now the second. Hope they start a third Summit.

DIR is good option (have 11K shares) - have smaller position in Nexus.

On the other hand if the market goes south in Q1, it's a nice hedge if you hold on as you know you'll get an extra $1 per share unless the deal follows through (seems unlikely).  And then get an even juicier yield when you reinvest.

Decisions, decisions.
