Why do they omit the AFFO results? That is a very importent information for REITS.

I'm am not sure. What did you think about the results? Revenue up but income is down. I like the increase in the divy but the street likely doesn't like the results unless it's due to a weak market today.

Distribution was not increased. They were referring to the previous increase. They did say the internalization will start showing up fulling in Q3.
