close above the old 52 week (and all time high)
This is the first of my REIT holdings to surpass the pre-covid high. The strength of the upward movement has been somewhat surprising given the lack of news regarding any transactions.
DIR.UN is finally beginning to recover too, The 3Q results should help keep the sp moving.
A few lights in a dark time!
