Sundial Growers To Acquire Inner Spirit Holdings For $131 Mi
Sundial Growers Inc. announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Inner Spirit Holdings Ltd. to acquire the company in a transaction pegged at $131 million. Inner Spirit wholly owns the Spiritleaf cannabis retail store network.

SNDL will have to issue shares to convert Inner Spirit Holdings 351 million shares + cash that will never recoverd from profit and revenue.
