Hisense began its first large-scale recruitment drive in 2011. Besides filling the talent gap via overseas recruitment, through the acquisition of entire tech teams and by attracting the top IT leaders to their organization, the company also offers innovative remuneration packages to attract and retain talent through equity incentives.
