Two matters.

Two matters.
AS we have seen of late, both TCL and Hisense are stating on their specs FULL 3D ( our Hi-Fi ) and 2D-3D conversion ,( our S2D switch ).

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

On the original PR Hisense stated:
Hisense Electric Co. Ltd. (HEC) and Sensio Technologies Inc. have reached an agreement for the integration of Sensio high-fidelity 3-D and Sensio S2D switch in Hisense 3-D TVs. As the largest subsidiary in the Hisense group, HEC possesses the most advanced DTV production lines in China and has an annual output of 16.1 million colour TVs. The agreement between these two cutting-edge companies covers every market around the world.

On the original PR TCL stated:
HUIZHOU, China and MONTREAL, Canada — July 16th, 2012 — TCL Multimedia Technology Holding Ltd. (TCL) (HKSE: 1070), a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics and SENSIO Technologies Inc. (SENSIO) (TSX-V: SIO), a pioneer in 3D-image processing, today announced the signing of an agreement for the integration of the SENSIO® Hi-Fi 3D and SENSIO® S2D Switch technologies in TCL 3DTVs. This agreement cements the letter of intent (LOI) previously announced last January.
The integration of SENSIO technologies in our 3DTVs definitely adds value to our products and they are key differentiators to remain ahead of the competition. This association is a natural evolution of our business relationship, and also reflects our commitment to offer the best TV experience to our consumers.”This agreement with a prominent leader in the industry is a major milestone for SENSIO and it will allow us to start applying our business strategy for the Chinese market. Making our technologies and solutions available to consumers in China is a foremost priority for SENSIO, and we expect this agreement to positively influence our next product offerings for this key market in the near future.”

I just had lunch with my money bag friends and our thoughts are ,it`s money in the Bank or another fight with Wi-Lan.
TCL it`s been over one year and Hisense coming to a year.

With the PP coming up AGAIN,this could be a big tool to negotiate something better or a big tool to help HAYDEN our new IR in the States.
In exchange for its services, Hayden was granted 125,000 stock options as of May 1, 2013, at an exercise price of 18 cents, conditional upon TSX Venture Exchange approval. The options will vest each quarter in equal tranches of 31,250 options over the 12-month period following the grant.
In addition to the grant of options, Hayden will be paid monthly consulting and services fees in the amount of $5,000 (U.S.). The contract can be terminated by Sensio upon 10 days notice and is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Those questions about TCL-Hisense should have been asked on the last two CCs, RG was there on the first and Jeffrey on both.
All we found out after a soft quick question was that there would be no royalties till we provide content in China.

But what about all the 3D TVs being sold now worlwide ?.

Also no updates as to the advance of 3DGo in China or for that matter Canada.
I went to Costco today and they have been out of VIZIO TVs for over 3 weeks.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The other matter is content we are offering:
Starz and National Geographic for one year now.
Big Picture 11 months.
Sequence over a year.
Disney 4.5 months.
Paramount 4 months.
Do we need to sign some more ??.
It would be nice but
I SAY NOT YET !!!!.

Let`s get more CE`s, TCL-Hisense in China and USA.
VIZIO-TCL-Hisense in Canada.
And whoever else wants to come on board, they all have invitations for years now.

I posted about having no numbers on rentals, which movies are the most rented, how many 3D TVs does Vizio has hooked to 3DGo, something that should have been updated to give an idea of what`s going on, but we have NOTHING on NOTHING.

Assuming we get the financing or PP or loan whatever you want to call it, if we don`t get some serious revenues all it`s going to do is pay for rentals for the Studios, salaries, expenses, etc, and we`ll be in the same boat in a few months.

It`s amazing how Routhier and croonies keeps missing the deadlines, nobody asks the right questions, see you next CC and life goes on.

I don`t know what happened with that trip to Japan, all I know is that I happily give 10,000 shares at todays prices for a one day japanese soothing massage.

ANY THOUGHTS ????
