The mood in Montreal is not good with this dilution,there are many small investors with a good amount of expensive shares what you call hard earned money supporting the local boys.
  National Bank is not happy,Desjardins is not  happy and I imagine the Caisse after having supported them last October with a good amount can`t be too happy either.
It`s sad and not right,everybody was fooled and the consequences will  be felt for a long time.
People will think twice about supporting local talent,as will some Institutions.
Very sad indeed.
