Dear Mr Routhier #2

Dear Mr Routhier #2

It`s me again.
Thank you for the update BUT....
Why can`t you be more clear for a change, I suggest you quit blogging and twitting and devote more time to the shareholders and to release clearer PRs or as you call  the last one  "un update".
One thing that buffles me is the Panasonic saga and this is where a good hatch man could have inked the full deal.
We had Wi-Lan taking them to court for infrigement, we won and by the looks a good settlement.
Then we sign a deal to show 3DGo on their TVs,but how ?.
We know now that it wasn`t the Hi-Fi but "porting", but how was this "porting" structured ?,somebody has to pay for it and going by past deals I imagine it will be us..
I know confidentiality clauses prevent you from releasing any information but if you look at it it makes no sense, when a full format deal would have solved everything, much cheaper and probably less complicated and better quality.
I imagine you know that the more you get sued for infrigement the bigger the fines get,so why go through the process, again bad execution IMO.
But what it concerns me is the bottom line on our revenues from this deal.
Are we paying Panasonic by way of licencing? per movie?,who is paying for the "porting" ?,too complicated for my taste and it`s something "I hope" won`t happen if another Major comes on board, because it will mean that our S2D switch and 3DGo are good, but what about the whole Hi-Fi and the Autodect ?, I wish you were as clear with the PRs as you are blogging and twitting.
I remember a question from RG about splits on revenues and you mentioned 20% maybe a bit more, now, knowing you I go with the 20% of an average of $6.00 per movie and it gives me $1.20,if I have to split some more of that with Panasonic, how much should I take?.
I may be wrong but you don`t give us much to work with and we have to assume.
THANKS .

Since I`m here,I noticed that you mentioned revenues have increased from the technology licencing, namely due (a very small figure) from Hisense sales of 3D Tvs in China.
This again puzzles me, I mean how did you structured a deal of this magnitude ?, you have been flip floping around it with no clear direction, it comes and go betweeng CCs and Reports, it goes from a huge global instant revenue blockbuster,to a question of content in China before seeing any of it. Going by RG figures they should be up to 4 million units at least sold so far, and ?, are we going to collect for all of them??.
THANKS.

Since we are having a good conversation what happened to the TCL deal ?, we had a LOI and signed a deal 6 months later, another global blockbuster, one that brought many new investors on board, care to explain and put an end to the uncertainty ?.
THANKS.

On the 3DGo Vizio deal I just noticed that on April 29th RG said that Vizio had sold between 500.000 and 1.000.000 3D TVs with the SIO chip, I imagine a few hundred thousands more since,I like many others have followed the story and are not aware of final capable operating ones ,maybe you can enlighten us as to what happened to see just a small number of users ?, growing but not at a rate that will bring the expected revenues sooner than later.
Did Vizio run the flash email campaign they were going to ?,what else was done to enhance the campaign ?, I hope you are taking notes and see the incredible amount of room to improve.
THANKS.

You are still full of optimism,I wish you could transform some of it on to better execution and bigger revenues.
Oh,by the way we are still looking for more clarity on certain issues.
THANKS.

Best Regards.

Sailor99.
