RE:A while backOh well, we were having some BGs and I brought it up.
My reasoning is they bought on to the PP for the warrants (I know they are at 0.18).
If you try to buy 6.5 million shares on the open market you`ll drive the SP up, assuming you buy them, then when
it comes time to exercise your warrants you`ll be buying again for the third time.
I am sure they are buying on the open Market anyways,but they are in for different reasons, they want control.
I guess i read the Sider wrong,I saw dates and assume they were the transaction dates.
Also the changes for the Board are massive and I believe that there were brought up by the Caisse.

So I guess we go down to 92 million shares 12 million for the Caisse,they are coming with around 12%.
That`s lots of power.
I was trying to justify the changes.
