Not sure if this answers your question, but Eric mentioned that the CEs normally get 30% of the income generated through the apps, but Sensio negotiated a better deal than that. He also said that "SENSIO gets remunerated from CE manufacturers for the encoding and that the pricing is fair between all CE customers of SENSIO to ensure that 3DGO is adopted as widely as possible".
