RE:Stores

RE:StoresSbriner - I think those are questions you should have been asking yourself 1-2 years ago. With LG launch just a few days away it doesn't seem sensible to throw in the towel now.

LG has the largest 3D reach by far out of any TV manufacturer, but if they haven't launched yet then why would you expect to see anything at Best Buy? Samsung hasn't signed up to 3DGO (yet) and Vizio does not even support 3D in their 2014 TV models.

The near term future is really tied to a successful LG launch. The latest word from SIO is that LG will market 3DGO aggressively ONCE final certification is acheived. That could be any day now. Then once US launches the plan is to launch in a dozen or so international countries in 2015.

So while yes, as of today, there is nothing promoting 3DGO in Best Buy I would wait until 30 days from now before making a rash decision.

I share your frustration. This is another case of over promising with respect to timelines (once again) - but if the delay ensures an aggressive launch then it will all be worthwile. That said, I wouldn't expect to break even on your 2.40 entry level. If you plan on sticking it out hopefully you've averaged down...
