RE:RE:If you were

RE:RE:If you were BigO, I started three years ago, either change management "OR" bring some experienced help on board, as we can see neither happened :-)).

WE can give credit for changes but as we can see they still don`t bring revenues, far from it.
Three and a half years since we announced 3DGo, two plus years since launching at a cost of millions with total revenue under $200.000, does not fit the equation.

If we build Samsung a platform (I don`t know if we will) and the total reencoding at a cost of hundred of thousands of new dollars will add nicely to the original investment.

Assuming the International Conquest and the Samsung successful launch,we will not see any decent revenues till Q2-Q3.

At this stage to cut employees to the max to show they care for us it`s a crock of S..t, why doesn`t he cut his own salary and really show us he believes as much as he says and at the same time cut a couple more at the top.
By norm you don`t trim to the bone when you are trying to show and saturate different markets.
And as far as CEOs and top management cutting the salaries to $1 in this situation it`s been done a thousand times.

Some members say to forget the past and look at what`s coming to us, but how can you ignore the past, that gives you base and direction ,and we had none.

I guess we have no other way by the looks than to stay with the Routhwiller and I`m still against it, I honestly believe that AT LEAST he needs help, we can bring a Co Ceo on board to act as a Co Captain, someone well versed with good connections and RESPECTED.

I respect your posts and maybe I`m wrong but if we have just a decent Samsung Launch (let it not be delayed), remember that we don`t know, they want us to read the Disclaimers, keep growing on LG and the new Format and hopefully launch internationally in the Fall, we are already way late as we were promised and not only with two countries but with 13.
So we need some of those combinations to stay afloat and break even or make a bit of money before Q3 next year, if not where will we be sitting?.

Anybody that`s in this line knows us inside out, way better than we do ,so if there were to be some changes it would not be so bad, merge-sale-limited partnership.

If we need another PP, what price would you think of ?,will the Caisse go for it or just throw the towel knowing what they know,it`s a hard call because we were in similar situations and we have used most of the valid excuses and still with the same Captain and crew.
A huge or big dilution again will be a hard pill to swallow, PPs have been our only way to fill the piggy bank not revenues.

I believe my criticism is valid and constructive, a balance to praise and optimism using the same foundation.

Like I said regardless of everything "I`m not giving up, I believe we are very close, still think money could be an obstacle yet and I`m petrified of the word PP".

Cheers.

Have a great weekend.
