It is not normal that you have to do SIO's marketing - and that you have to educate the board about what the offering is.
If the Sensio board - the group that is the most vested in SIO - doesn't even know what the product is and needs you do do the job - how do you expect sales to ever get off the ground with the uneducated market?
What you have is word of mouth amateur hour. In way over their heads... You needs several millions in advertising to launch something of this magnitude (multi-continent video service).
ps: I will gladly trade my exasperation at the group for calling me a basher (especially when everything I predicted would happen, happened) with your predictions from the same period :-)
