Most VR headsets have the ability to display two pictures (even if you just split the picture down the middle on a Galaxy 6 or 7 when it is sitting in a Galaxy Gear). Theoretically, a simple piece of software could perform this in real time on a stream from 3DGo and the VR headset would become a personal 3D movie player. The bigger question is whether the rights granted to 3DGo by the studios would even allow this. VR seems to be a market for raising money and not making money, which is probably why Routhier is attracted to it in the first place.
