MPAA partner...

It looks as though it could be either Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures or 20th Fox Century...seeing how Sony isn't on the 3DGO! platform, my guess is it is either WB or Fox...

Strange they didn't mention the studio in the PR. I can only assume this was due to wanting to get the PR out (and the movies on 3DGO) immediately and not waiting for studio lawyers to ok the PR wording. It doesn't make sense for any other reason as everyone will know who the studio is once the movies are on 3DGO this month. I like that Canada and the US are included again. Hopefully ...more

They just tweeted that they will be adding HOME and WORLD WAR Z. One is Paramount and the other Dreamworks.

Home is a DreamworksAnimation product (different than DreamworksStudios). All DreamworksAnimations movies are distributed by Paramount...so, this morning's deal was with Paramount.

it is kind of 'troubling' to have to find out , by ourself, details about deals, technology, etc....and that the starting point is almost always a tweet from Mr.Routhier....I agree with a bunch of posters on this site....SIO needs to have a more efficient way to release information to the market and the consumers.

It does not make any sense, you are right hedge. Why not say we are getting very very close to sign another Major Studio instead, because it`s SIO and we love to release PRs that are unclear and leave you assuming. We`ll know soon so why not wait a few days or weeeks or hours,till the PR is approved by both lawyers camps, they can&DiacriticalGrave ...more
