A "mickey mouse" news release with a company that generates almost no income and burned through $ 10 million last year and a penny stock worst than ours. No value and hope that in the months to come we do not see more news releases like this with no tangible revenue. Maybe I am wrong, but don't think so, because the market yawned at the news, and went back to bed, unimpressed.

I have a trading platform that has a built in data analysis tool and gives buy/hold/sell recommendations based on previous financial results.  For the first time ever they have Snipp rated as a buy (only 4 companies in their category are listed as buys).  I normally do not refer to this tool for penny stocks because they are always listed as sells based on previous financials/ratios etc,

I see these types of deals as smart. Snipp has clients already. These other small companies are probably giving away their babies and the bath water to get Snipp to work with them and bring their clients. Snipp is probably going to help the monetize their assets in a way they will never be able to by themselves and take a nice cut in the middle. If it doesn't work they have lost nothing!

They will never make money and nothing but a "smoke and mirrors:" company.  Don't know how Snipp will benefit here from any deal with them. They were also late in posting their recent financials.  Can someone tell me prior to Snipp paying USD $ 5.0 million for Gambit, what were the revenues

Gambit was doing like 10MM in revenue according to them before they bought them...5MM in shares is nothing... Ballys is a strategic investor - in this environment they got 5MM USD in cash for their shares - i think thats great for growth capital...

Do you realize that there is absolute garbage penny stocks out there which have a market value in excess of 3-5 times what Snipp has? And everyone of them are burning millions of dollars of cash each quarter. You should direct your ire towards the CEO. Maybe drop an email or call him. It is his sole responsibility for the market cap of the company.

They are at LD MICRO TODAY but that is just usual b*llshit. I like to watch their presentations though to see how they are doing. I am waiting for a buyout or a revaluation on another exchange. We would need to see 50-60 cents for them to reverse out of Canada so that is out of the question at this point. But it could be possible they delist and come back with a new valuation on another exchange

Thought I would drop a note on the presentation at the LD MICRO Conference that Snipp did which is a huge event that attracts lots of good companies who are there to get their story out. And for reference, I watched dozens of presentations that were done by CEO's and they were excellent. One company example of many would be Wishpond. This is nothing against the CFO who has done a few of these.

Since then also Jaisun has bought a lot.  Totally agree - dont waste the investor money on buying back shares!!! Invest it in the business to grow the company...thats what makes a difference to the share price.

There is some logic to executing against financial metrics but can't hurt to take some of the cash and put a nice face to all of it. His take is probably why waste the cash when you can invest in sales which is what he always says to me
