Technically Atul is supposed to care but I doubt he does (for us anyways). It's obvious to me that Atul treats this company as a private business within the publically traded share structure. I believe I read awhile back that Atul and family/friends are majority shareholders with an ownership position that nothing will happen unless they want it too. Guaranteed 'insiders' of Atul ...more

As per SNP Q3/2022 presentation, insiders own 36% of the company while Bally's Corp. owns 9% so, roughly 45% of the shares is own by insiders.  GLTA

Trying to remain positive, starting off with that someone will not be arrested.  From there hoping for an update on why delayed again to the release of the long overdue numbers.  Which will it be????
