It's important to note, there are no insider filings that show any selling of shares to pay for the warrant exercising. They not only took large part in the $0.05 financing to keep the company going, but are now putting more skin in the game.
If this isn't an answer to an earlier post regarding 33 million shares "overhang", I don't know what is.
