You didn't read the news release properly; "Combined estimated total all in operating costs, including mining, milling, freight, royalties, smelter costs, etc. were US $32.46 million, resulting on an estimated cost per ton of US $55/tonne." Everything you've said wasn't included, was included. That said if AISC is taken in to account (and I don't know what those costs are) they might well be making a small loss, even after stopping the thefts. Can't say though at the moment.
