I think that's already baked in, as there is almost no chance the financing will not be secured (though it might take longer than they predict).

I sold out around 30c, so it will probably go a way higher still...I usually sell too soon (it's now at 35).

But with the financing, Telson will have nearly 250M shares outstanding, around 330M fully diluted. (50M new shares from $8M financing, 14.6M shares to Nyrstar and 4.7M in new options according to the NR of feb 26). That gives a market cap of about CA$100M fully diluted. So I think there are other miners that are more attractive at current prices.

With the $8M financing at 20 cents, normally the share price should approach that. But so far, that doesn't seem to happen, and volume has been quite good since the financing was announced.
