RE: thoughts

RE: thoughtsthe merger issue is pretty much comparable to the license issue - it's all about waiting and no profit is generated from waiting. Spur could have traced HF on its way into the speciality fertilizer market but they were going for a merger that is pending for over 2 years now - this is inacceptable. The management should immediately stop the merger process that appears to be a farce and should eventually start generating shareholder value by business and no waiting strategies. "Hebei Tianren-Spur Merger The Ministries of Commerce of Hubei Province and Hebei Province have given their approval to the merger and the submissions are now being reviewed by the Central Ministry of Commerce in Beijing. Chinese approval is anticipated to be complete by mid-year." They forgot to mention by which year....The problem of Spur is the management...they need people who can bring us into real business and not dead deals. Art
