RE: Chinese phrase for "provincial government"Ah yes and the Chinese people are a very patient people. Slowly but surely life is improving for the average person in China. I hear the the Olympics 2008 (most expensive to date) will not disappoint. This seems to be a good sector to be in right now and that is also coming from some well known analysts. Today is looking good so far.
