RE: RE: RE: RE: for general knowledge ,,, ,,,Spur should generate revenues in Q2 2012 but they still have some loose ends to tie up before that happens.  The ML transfers require another level of approval, the YSC and YMC merger is not yet done along with various other approvals still required.  Xingfa seems capable and hopefully will have what it takes to get things done in a timely manner.  Time will tell.  The Xingfa plant production numbers in the news release look good but the real question, of course, is what the revenue numbers will look like.  20% of what revenue?  They will already have a good idea since they will certainly have done some revenue models before signing any deal and need to communicate that to investors.  Spur will also still need to acquire a significant project in a friendlier jurisdiction to generate some real shareholder value.  $ 23 million to vend in a good project is not much these days but generating more capital should not be a problem for someone such as Rick Rule.  Spur mgmt is capable of so much more than they have achieved to date.
