 small shareholders will be left high and dry....This happened to me with
 Rio Narcea  Nickle mine in Spain and the Tasiat gold deposit in Mourtania
 In that case all you could do was buy Red Back .. The board of directors had
 no interest and should have been sued for lack of feduciary duty..
 sorry for some of my spelling.. 
  I will wait it out perhaps having to switch to Sprott Res..
