RE: AGM

RE: AGMThere wasn't really anything new that came out of the AGM.  Rob Rennie did his usual Chinese fertilizer overview.  Apparently Xingfa still expects the mining licenses to be transferred by the end of June.  Spur is in negotiations for another acquisition in a friendlier jurisdiction.  No details.  Steven Dean suggested this will be the best short term path for Spur to achieve significant shareholder value.  I would certainly agree with that.  They seem committed to doing just that.  John Van Brunt and Rusty Goepel stepped down from the Board.  Two respected members of the Board gone and replaced with a Chartered Accountant.  Presumably they will add new suitable Board members later that can help them once they finalize a new acquisition.  Hopefully they can get something done because so far we have seen primarily talk and very little action.  We need to see some real shareholder value.
