RE:financing ?Your assessment is absolutely correct.   The cash strapped oil sand big or small companies have been dumping all their unused heavy duty mining equipment at a mega loss.    These stupid dorks are not aware what is happening in Alberta for the last couple years and are overpaid or being duped for the mining fleet financing deal.
