One thing I find stupid about the "Atlantic doesn't need Osprey" argument is that is not the point to argue. A more relevant argument would be "Atlantic Gold is less valuable long term from an Osprey takeover." I haven't seen anyone write that yet because it is impossible to successfully prove since it would double Atlantic's land holdings for 1.1% of the current market cap ($3.9M/$361M). I own zero shares of Osprey at the moment but that will change as the warrants hit certain price targets. This is not a self serving argument since I own no shares, more asking for people to make a logical argument or not say anything at all regarding this. Prove me wrong.
