Just a few days ago (on the 20th to be precise), Jasmin TamDoo (IR SQI) confirmed once more that the PP was scheduled to close on the 25th: "You are correct that the financing is scheduled to close on the25,...".

We'll probably get some news about it tomorrow (or Friday).
