Struck me that way too; I also sold SQI because I do not want the new shares, and I already own NGD in a retirement account so did not need more. I'd rather wait for the dust to settle and see if the "new SQI" is worth buying, because I imagine a lot of floks will sell the new company when it starts trading. BTW--I have also seen it written that NGD would be a take over target.
That said, not complaining about a nice profit.
