Mikey should be booted from the board for selling 2 days before a pp so he can pick up the warrants at a buck. What happened to the blackout period for insiders ?????????? Obviously his heart in in his pocket book instead of the company.

Or he needed the money quickly and could not wait for the holding period. Who knows--does not impact us one little bit. I am pleased with what SQI is doing.

Don't know if it means anything, but McPhie is CEO of CUV.T and he just exercised 200K share options of that company--perhaps he needed the $$$ from SQI to do so? That is my WAG on that!
