Canada Lithium to list 26 million more shares Marc

Canada Lithium Corp. will list an additional 26,801,667 shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Monday, March 25, 2013, according to the TSX. As in a March 18, 2013, short form prospectus, Canada Lithium plans to sell 17,867,778 units at 73 cents each, raising $13,043,478. Each unit consists of one share and one-half of a share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to buy another share for 85 cents for 24 months from the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed on the TSX. The company has granted the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 2,680,166 more units at the same price for 30 days from the closing of the offering. The company plans to use the money raised to finance the initial stages of several previously announced capital projects, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
