RBI

RBI
Im concerned over the debt to capital ratio. It's quite high. Holdings of bondholders and debtors always conflict with those of the common shares, specifically in mining operations. There is a lot of players involved, and sometimes, they go for the quick buck option. Debtors force the company to go bankrupt by inflating operation costs, (all legit of course) and then they seize and liquidate the assets and make loads of money. Reverse stock splits...  A good mining example is Northland Resources.
I know that to set up this kind of operation, no choice but to go for the debt. I hope that everything will go as planned.

Also,

Tesla Motors [NSDQ:TSLA] has announced it will source raw battery materials from North America only, when it opens its $5 billion battery gigafactory.

This is great! The list of lithium suppliers has been drastically cut. Tesla is now less concerned with low cost and is going for a more local environmental friendly approach in line with their electric cars.
The future is looking good for RBI.
