Systech Retail shareholder Mayer to sell shares 2004-08-13 20:15 ET - Intent to Sell TSX bulletin 2004-0929 William E. Mayer has filed anotice of intention to sell up to a total of 30 million common shares of Systech Retail Systems Corp. through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange on or after Aug. 13, 2004. Mr. Mayer is a director of Systech Retail Systems and currently holds 108,263,845.68 shares, 2,256,494 Class C convertible preferred shares and 29,717,011.54 warrants of Systech Retail Systems. In addition, Mr. Mayer also owns all of the $10-million term loan and some of the restructured DIP loan which are ascribed to Park Avenue Equity Partners. All the above sales will be made in accordance with the orderly marketing requirements as set out in Toronto Stock Exchange Policy 4-305. Question is why is Mayer selling 30 million shares at this point in time???? and how low is he willing to go???? something strange here, interesting to see how Systech now raises the funds they were looking for???? Today's NR, they cancelled deal with Paradigm??? Hmmm ...Paradigm dumps 1.2 million shares. Annon. sells 6.7 million...probably Mayer Any comments??? When the partners sold shares off a while ago, they ploughed everything right back into the company????? I still think this company is in better shape then ever and this is getting to be a great buying opportunity. Watch closely. time will tell Good luck all
