What are the next steps..?

What are the next steps..?The price of SKYG has been redlined for the last 2 months within this price range. People continue to sell and people continue to buy. Are they going to be drilling this fall, I sure hope it is soon. NFG just announced a 21,000 m  drill program. An area  play works best when everyone begins drilling.
