of course I wish you luck for your way of picking RSC !
99% of stocks can't escape markets. Taking into account the current weak stockmarket, dollar, reccession fears in the States, uranium 'tireness', weakness of commodity stocks, fearful buyers, and, last but not least, the fact, that pennystocks suffer the most in a, generally weak market. I simply do not need to buy a falling stock .....whatever opportunity this stock might be in some months or years. I leanred a lot of löessons within many years.....and the best lesson has been: Do not buy a stock which does not show a stable (relatively!) sidewards movement by forming a bottom. you knwo that even than a stock can drop further.
As long as the genereal market situation is in a baisse situation - why ever - I prefer to use this situation and try to catch the knife only when it seems to hit the bottom. Try to 'hurt' myself as less as possible ;)
I am also very careful with thoughts like yours " right now RSC is in VERY over sold condition " Who realy knows when a commodity stock is oversold !? Those stocks are still in a extremely longterm progress....if there is progress. While this progress, especially in the first (many) years, such stocks show nothing but undrilled properties and dilution. RSC is not different than other stocks, just better promoted, covered and recommended by many newletters. Oversold means, that you know exactly the value of a stock...............as long as RSC has just results of some drill holes as long RSC is a high risk speculation without any real financial value. As long as real financial value is not visible as long a stock could also still be more overbought insteed of oversold. As we do not know the real value, experienced speculators follow the reaction of the market....as the trend is your friend ;) .........and the market shows quiet plainly RSC still has space to drop.
As I said, IMO no reason to get into a buy panic and waste money while I might get 30-40% more shares for my money some weeks later.
Of course, just my personal opinion!
