The good doctor (and the original scammers SSM - Sen, Struder and Marcellino) received millions of dollars for pulling unfortunate investors in. The only money he puts back into the company he receives interest on and is backed by the company's few remaining assets. There are no more assets to leverage so where the next funding comes from is not a good outlook.
