Balthasaur, a rollback. This will crush existing shareholders if this is the case. Do you think mgmt will issue themselves a bunch of new paper after the special meeting? I have 5 mil. Sh.. I will be withholding my vote from these directors at agm. Do you have any more info where/when etc? BTW who is this Tom Wilson guy? Not on any company docs.. Thx
