RE:RE:RE:WTF a 10 old for 1 new roll back on its way.

RE:RE:RE:WTF a 10 old for 1 new roll back on its way. Balth, I see your line of reasoning... but a rollback that huge seems a little out of left field. Depending on where your info is coming from I doubt the rollback will be that drastic. I've seen examples of 2:1, 3:1, 4:1... 10:1 would also limit the so-called PP you mention, by my calculations the amount eligible to be issued (or diluted) on top of the theoretical  7.3m, which would be roughly 50%, so and additional 3.5m. Still extremely rough for us current shareholders.

Either way mgmt has to go. I'm usually a non-active shareholder that keeps quiet but finally had to get my old keester off the beach, figure out an account and say something. It is truly rare you find a group of execs this unqualified to run a sweat shop, let alone a public company. Where is the fiduciary? Raponi selling shares upstream right before he jumps ship... wtf

Rollback? Dilutive? Or not. There is a valuable PROVEN asset underneathe this co. and anyone who owns stock would be inept if they still continue to sit on their hands and don't vote the other way on this mgmt.
