RE:tom wilsonThe same Tom Wilson that ran the company when it was trading as Bighorn.  I also know that WTs and Options ars sold into the market .  SPK has wts and options that are dated  to October 2021 for over35 765 065.

Millions of shares have traded over the year.  AGM to this AGM .traded over a 100,000,000.  The outstanding stock in Sunset is 74,000,000 shares

Remember that .02 fincancing that never happened, money was collected.  Albert sold almost a million shares of his insider stock at .04,.05 and .06


Anyone know how hard it is to sell the 35 765 065 warrants
