I was looking at the IRR numbers for Pitarrilla also and thought that a payback period of 7 years @ $25 spot and 10 plus years at $22.50 was quite lousy. That's a long time to get ones money back on an investment, especially when $25 spot is quite possible going forward. I like their cash postion, positions in other assets, and Pitarrilla reserves, however the numbers for it are not very good. Any input would be appreciated as I'm running numbers on various silver plays for a value entry in these depressed markets.
