RE:RE:What made this deal happen was..In the real world when someone owes money to the governmnet they must pay...this is the real world.
This is definitely the riskiest think in their portfolio...happy its been done and I believe that there ios a good chance they will flip this asset eventually as its obvious management prefers North America as it is way safer.
I can almost guarantee that the next asset they will buy will once again be in the US or in Canada.
